In 2017, Switchback Brewing Co. became the first 100% employee-owned brewery in New England via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).  The move keeps the brewery locally owned and operated, still at its original home in the South End of Burlington, VT.   As part of the Switchback team, employees work towards ownership by becoming vested in the company and earning Switchback shares. JOB TITLE: FULL TIME & PART TIME WAREHOUSE/PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS

Switchback is hiring for full time and part time jobs warehouse/production assistants. Main responsibilities are to help with building orders and packaging product, but also require a willingness to assist with all areas of brewery production. Great benefits package for the full time position and flexible hours for part time workers. Yes! You should still apply if you don't have previous experience in a craft brewery or home brewing.
