We will be hosting the post-volunteer picnic for Vermont Community Garden Network’s “Day in the Dirt”. Join us for food, beer, lawn games and fun! 12pm- 2pm
Day in the Dirt is a fun spring event where families, friends, employee teams and community members raise funds and spend a few hours helping prepare community gardens throughout Vermont for the season. Participants come together to spread compost, build beds, repair fences or other activities to get these gardens ready for spring. They help sustain this important work throughout the year by raising funds for VCGN’s programs, which include technical assistance, training & education, networking and resources for gardeners of all ages.
